Check the headphone mix knob:
Make sure you've pressed the channel cue buttons if you want to hear those, or master if want to toggle that.

DDJ SX2 unable to precue
I was able to pre cue until recently now I can only hear what's coming out of the master if the volume is up. If the volume is down and CUE is pressed I'm unable to hear anything. Not sure what's changed. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps and not sure if perhaps it's related to a windows update.
