XDJ-XZ often not reading USB in both ports; USBs are formatted correctly in FAT32: Please Assist

Hello Team,

I've had ongoing issues with my XDJ-XZ not recognizing USBs. Sometimes they will read them when inserted, other times not at all. Often I will receive error message 8307. I've made sure my USBs are formatted to FAT32 and I have the most updated firmware and rekordbox versions on my Windows PC.

I am using SanDisk Ultra 3.0 USB 64GB

Please advise net steps and how to move forward with this issue, I am still waiting for a callback from your support team.
