They work while I use a USB, but when I'm connected through my laptop, the Beat Fx do not work. Could you please let me know how to fix the issue?

I have the exact problem on my XDJ-RX3. From what i can see in the performance mode, is that it selects channel 3-4 instead of 1-2 and i can´t find how to change it. (strange when it´s a 2 channel mixer).

@Newman > Can you try resetting the controls by opening the MIDI panel and click the DEFAULT button?
I realized that my Rekordbox thinks that CROSSFADER B = Channel 1 and CROSSFADER A = Channel 2.
It thinks that Channel 1 is actually Channel 3 and Channel 2 is Channel 4.
How do I change this?
