Program key

When i bought my XDJ-XZ wasn't it supposed to come with a Rekord box plan at least for the year ?! So i can analyze and use the program fully ???? its asking me to update my plan already

No, it does not include a "plan" - you have a free hardware unlock with the XDJ-XZ while it is connected, you are able to thus activate the corresponding features of rekordbox. You may have activated a trial for one of the other plans and thus it's asking you to upgrade to use those features.
