Problems with sampler

Hi,

I have two problems with the sampler tool. 

1) I can no longer create samples from a loop with the cut-function. When I drag it into the Sampler field, it doesn't take it.

2) The samples don't do beat sync. Although I have "q" and BPM sync enabled.

Any idea?
