ddj-flx6 effect button suddenly reset controller

ddj-flx6 is turning off repeatedly when I activate the filter and the effect button very quickly at the same time.

It also happens when i activate the effect button quickly alone.

I cant mix like that and i really need your help.
The controller is no longer under warrenty.
What can i do?

Have you tried changing the USB cable and / or USB port, or tested with another computer? It sounds like your computer isn't providing enough power to the DDJ and that function is causing a higher power draw and thus a reset.
