DDJ-FLX10 with firmware updated to V1.11.

Multiple issues, however the biggest is that sometimes (seemingly randomly but more often than not) pressing a button on controller has the desired effect in Rekordbox but not on the controller. Seen most on pad mode buttons; pressing 'Pad FX1' changes the pads shown in rekordbox to the first bank of FX pads but has no change on the controller, pads are still lit for hot cues and work as hot cues.
Also, not a bug, but apart from the time countdown on the in-jog display and the time bar moving slowly across the waveform, there is no way to tell if a deck is playing or not. This is fundamentally terrible; at a glance it is impossible to tell if left, right or both decks are actually playing.

Update: the track position indicators (clock arms) have appeared on one deck's jog display by constantly cycling the display mode and loading and playing new tracks but I can't get them to appear on the other no matter what I try. This v1.11 firmware is all over the place.
Same issue sporadically with the slip button on both decks. Press the button and nothing happens on controller. v1.11 firmware does not appear to be ready/appropriate for commercial release/use.
A really big hardware miss is that when channel eq knobs are changed to modify parts rather than eq (shift>cue) there is no visual indication whatsoever I can see that the mode has changed. The only way to tell as far as I can see is if you hold down shift, channels that have eq set as parts flash the cue button. This is awful ergonomically. The 'part ISO' shift screen print above the cue button should have a light at the end of it to show it is enabled.
I reliably have the clock position arms in the jog display in the right deck only. Shows for both decks (2/4). Can't get them to display in the left deck at all.
