Were you able to fix it?
I had the same problem. Try downloading v111 driver and updating it.
It suddenly worked for me.

FLX10 Red light Clipping
Hi all,
My new controller doesn't work. When I turn on the controller a red light appears in the Master clipping at level 12.
How can I fix it?
