The DDJ-FLX10 controller requires an AC adapter (DC 12 V) with a power consumption of 1800 mA. If you can find another one with these specs and same connector you should be fine. It needs to adapter as it required more power for the XLR outputs.
Hi Everyone - I recently got the flx10 and am looking for a spare power adapter which I can use for the controller. Do you know if my old adapter from the ddj sx can be used with it? Or is it possible to recommend us what we shoud look out for when searching for a cheaper alternative?
I am kind of bummed that Pioneer did not just use a computer cable to power the device which would have been easier to replace :(
Your help is really appreciated.
Cheers,
Shoby

I previously had a DDJ 1000 SRT and the same cable I had for that one works with the FLX10. You could try something like this.
Any update on where to get a power supply for the DDJ FLX-10. This is so disappointing that it is so difficult to get and the specs are not clearly laid out, in terms of the connector that goes into the controller. I know it is 12 V and needs 3A, but the tip has a centre pin. Not all do.
Anyone know where I can get this?
