XDJ 1000 mk2 play button / vinyl mode button isssue

My play button will only work with vinyl mode OFF.    i can also use the vinyl mode button to act as play and pause       and if i try to pause the track it does a short repeating loop.   firmware is up to date. product is out of warranty  

I have tried to talk to pioneer on the phone about it but its just alot of submissions and the one email I was waiting for never came to submit a service ticket.

If no one knows a fix for this can anyone give me the phone number direct for a service center it would be appreciated
