REV7 right platter won't spin

The right platter on my rev7 stopped spinning. When i hit the start/stop button the platter starts and immediately starts going the other way and rocks back and forth until it comes to a dead stop. It does this with Serato open or closed. I've tried upgrading the firmware  to 1.03.

I'm out of ideas.
