opus quad problems w different song playing after converting to plus libray

so i got my opus quad and after checking the box for opus quad in the advanced settings in rekordbox which essentialy creates a copy of all playlists. now I have a reg library w my playlists and the plus library with the same playlists. but alot of the tracks in the plus library are now mixed  up to where its says and shows the wave of the song but is playing audio for a completely different song. any help would be appreciated. been on the back and forth on a ticket thru email w pioneer and got no where.. cant believe they have no one to talk to on the phone when u buy a $3200 board
