djm 2000 lights all gone out please help !!!

ok so here goes my djm 2000 has been runing fine for few months without any issues,  but i turned it on today and there are no lights on it what so ever the buttons are working but no lights to show what buttons are being used .. can someone help me with this as i have alot of work on and sending it back to pioneer would not be easy for m.

Thanks pulse i will give them a call just not looking forward to being without my mixer, and who knows how long it wil take to be fixed :( i spoke to the store i bought it from and they wont lend me a djm till fixed so it looks like ill have to buy another mixer .. " sucks " :(

Thanks for the response pulse , i have to send the djm 2000 back as it seems to be fault , how would you recomend i wrap the djm 2000 box for safe delivery ?

put it back in its box?

If not then make sure it is well wrapped in bubble wrap and placed securely in a box.

Also make sure you get tracking numbers so you know where it is.

It will be in it's box Pionix .. just wondered what's best to wrap the box, i will be paying for the delivery insurance so fingers crossed ther's no issues !!

I normally wrap these big things in bin liners and make sure its fully covered.

didn't think of that the , the only problem with that i would think would be the delivery labels falling off .. but i will defo keep that in mind !!

Just make sure ya sellotape the labels on well and they wont be droppin off

Yeah, I was just going to make that suggestion too - wrap in some bin liners and use some silage tape or duct tape to keep it all together. Other than that, you should be fine.
