Pioneer 350 Mixer output

Hi

I run the 350 into a passive radial d.i box to balance the signal.

My problem is that at some clubs the signal i get is to low and the Filter/E.q/Poweramps are not always accesible.

Is there a way to get the output from -10dbu to +4 or does anyone have some tips on a clean stereo e.q with pre.

Could come in handy to tailor the sound a bit.
