I have the same problem mate.. also on the same channels and didn't find a fix for it.. could it be firmware related? because i did not encounter this before.. (when I was running the old FW)

[SOLVED] DJM 2000 CD/Digital Not Working
I'm using CDJ 80s with a DJM 2000 and trying to put it on the cd/digital input for channels 3 and 4 (both have the same problem)
It works fine on the line input for channel 3
CD/Digital works fine on tracks 1 and 2. Any idea why this is happening?
Please tell me it's not busted, it's very new but over a month for the in-store exchange and I would be so sad if I had to send it in or something :(

oh and I need to add that I always used channel 1 and 2 so never seen it untill now.. could have been there all the time but i dont know

I will test it out tomorrow when I'm back in my studio, could it be that simple? I am also curious if T-Top found this tip usefull ;)

Is this on the back of the mixer?
If you're talking about the top switch on the mixer, I made sure it was the correct one

There are little black switches on the back of the mixer for each channel to switch from digital inputs or RCA inputs. Just double check them.

Oh I never saw those before! They were set to line, I'm sure that's it. My buddy has my decks at the moment but I'll try when I have them back, but that must have been it. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
