Help with Recording my mix into logic pro 9 from DJM 900 nexus/ CDJ2000

hey guys I'am just having a little problem with recording my mix into logic pro 9. i can record it but it comes in really low volume . I been using a usb cable derectly from the djm 900 to the usb portal from my mac book. any advice on this little issue, or if there is a better way to do it for better quality.
