DJM 2000 Windows 8 drivers?

Hi!

I just installed win8 on my laptop and the pioneer asio drivers don't work anymore. - I try to reinstall it, but there is a error "installation not possible".

Are you planning to deliver a Win8 driver?

That is a good suggestion! I already suggested they should make a PROPER signed driver for windows 7 32 bit and 64 bit with the latest drivers available because sometimes the usb audio interface just does not work that well.. anyway.. Whenever they fix the firmware I hope they will make a more up-to-date windows driver for win. 7 and win. 8 :) so I am with you man!

You should somehow run them in compatability mode...

(Yet i'm staying with 7 for awhile till 8 gets stable).

Not to change the topic here (I hope you get your reply from Pioneer soon) but how do you guys move on to a new OS just when it's released?  There has to be bugs in it I mean.....I would not dare to be honest. Not yet that is.   Just saying.

@john LOL bugs in windows 8? that is still nothing compared to the bugs in the NEXUS or DJM-2000 ;)

@ John: Beside Pioneer equipment I use traktor with the Smithson Martin Emulator on a 52" touchscreen. - Win8 is specialy for touchscreens... - And if you are always scared about bugs in new software you will always use the old stuff... ;-)

On the old stuff....Ya I hear you but I just would never want my SW to crash in the middle of a gig.
