Fun with Beatslicer, RMX1000 postfader ...

So, got it all connected as follows ...

CDJ 1 to Channel 1 on DJM2000 - Fader assign set to A

Channel 2 on DJM2000 - Fader assign set to A

Channel 3 on DJM2000 - Fader assign set to B

CDJ 2 to Channel 4 on DJM2000 - Fader assign set to B

DJM Send/Return enabled, A selected (channel selection)

Play track in deck one and use the Beatslicer to sample from it, but send to Channel 3, 

mix in channel 3 using high pass filter on instant effects.

Bring in new track on Deck 2/Channel 4

Immediately switch the input of the beatslicer to channel 4 (this keeps the beatsliced sample bang in time).

Kill track on Deck 1/Channel 1, cue and mix in new track.

You've now got a kind of 3 track mix going on, Deck A, Deck B and the beatsliced sample .....

Now, with the send/return set to A or B you can do some pretty bloody amazing effects post fader ....... impressed.
