Setup in Club: Traktor Controller S2, DJM 800 and 2 CDJ 850

Hello!

I´m playing at a club next week and I try to figure out how to hook up my DJ gear

to the clubs equipment. (Have searched to whole net but can´t find a solution)

I have a Traktor Controller S2.

and the equipment the club have is:

1 DJM Pioneer 800 Mixer

2 CDJ Pioneer 850

I will be the first DJ of the night of 2. And I want to hook up my S2 to their mixer

but also the two CDJ´s (for the next DJ) How do I do if everything should be plugged in

at once and ready to go?

I want to use balanced cables from the S2´s balanced outputs to the mixer input. The Mixer has a input for XLR. Should I use "TRS to XLR cables" from my S2 to the mixer (have heard they are more reliable and better sound than RCA) and if so. Where does the sound go? I mean if I connect two RCA cables from the unbalanced output of the S2 to the unbalanced input (let´s say channel 3, LINE) of the 800 DJM mixer I can manipulate the sound on the channel 3. 

How can I do the same with the first method I described above (TRS from S2 to XLR to DJM 800 Mixer)?
