Hi, I have the exact same problem using Algoriddim Djay software and the DJM5000. I haven't contacted them yet but will do tomorrow.

Seguir[SOLVED] DJM-5000 Audio Drivers to support OS X Yosemite (10.10)
I just upgraded my computer to Mac OS X Yosemite (version 10.10) and now the access to the USB audio sound-card built in to the Pioneer DJM-5000 are no longer visible as a possible output option for my computer. This worked in the previous version of OS X 10.9 (Mavericks). Has anyone been able to successfully connect their Mac with Yosemite to a DJM-5000? Is there a solution on the way?

The problem is definitely a Pioneer and OS X issue.
I've tried updating the firmware from this link:
http://pioneerdj.com/support/product.php?c=684&lang=en&p=DJM-5000&t=109
But it's made no difference!
I have 2 other USB sound card devices (Numark DJIO & Vestax Spin2) that list and work perfectly, showing up in System preferences --> Sound --> Output
The DJM-5000 is simply not there in Yosemite, I've now downgraded back to Maverick because I just can't be without my DJM-5000 USB connection.
Come on Pioneer.. please wake up and show some interest in this issue with your premium kit! :-)
I am sending this to the engineers for review. Sorry but with Yosemite, the test time was not as open as it has been with other versions. Once I have an answer I will post here.
Top man djay. Thank you :-)
