Forums are messed up

why are the forums so screwed up when looking at topics in time order

 

I sort by recent and I see threads that havent been touched in over a year like in the pic I attached

Yaa all the "recent" topics messed up... I'll come back another day :D

Zendesk  are implementing some changes at the moment (a whole new platform actually) and there are quite a few things that are a little messy at the moment. I can only apologise on their behalf - the back end for agent access has changed also and there are a few bugs that have increased our workflow so, for that, I apologise if it takes me longer to get to each topic.

I have noticed that if you go to each sub forum by category (e.g. rekordbox / remotebox, CDJ-2000, DJM Mixers etc) that sorting by "Recent" works as expected there.
