Can you use compressed air to blow it out or, perhaps, Q-tips? Don't use any sort of liquids.

hi, i need to know how to clean my hdj 1500
i was playing on a place really dusty and windy yesterday and i noticed that are some dust inside of my headphones and it isnt came out naturally but i dont know how to clean inside it! i already cleaned the exterior by following some tips from this forum
may i have some tips on this, please ?
