HDJ-1500 serial number, where is it?

Does anyone know where the serial number on the HDJ-1500-s is? I want to check mine match the one on the box.

I've heard it may be located under the left ear pad and there is a 4 digit number there, is that it?

OLAH Emily. The serial number of your headphones should be at the box - the barcode- Try to find it there

Same question for me, trying to add mine to My Products page and it didn't recognize any of the codes from the headphones box.

I have HDJ-X10 headphones and the 3 barcodes on the base of the box aren't recognised by MY PRODUCTS.
