yes, i updated the firmware the day after i got it (1.20)
any word back from the engineers yet pulse? is this a firmware issue or do i need to send my unit back?
Have you tried re-updating? Like download a fresh copy of the firmware and try again.
i'll give it a go now
Errr, that's weird!
I can't quite tell, but is your RMX set to Default or User on the switch in the top right corner? I'm stating the obvious but check if the issue exists when set to Default. Also give the parameter knobs a bit of a twiddle. Otherwise I guess it's firmware failure or unit failure...
its happening on default and user mode, switching the unit off multiple times seems fix it, ive tried re-installing the firmware but im getting an E30 message (with the usb lead unplugged i want to add) can someone talk me through how to re-install?
Hi,
I have the same issue once in a while, which makes it a but untrustworthy.
The quick solution to get back on the road, is using the release FX / backspin to get the output channel back.
The firmware does not help you out until now, I had this issue on delivery and upgrades 1.19 and 1.20.
Although it happens more "frequently" when you are in user setting (instead of default), maybe a cross over with samples (?)
Haven't had the chance to pin it down yet, when it does happen and what common symptoms it has.
Waiting for another minor issue to be solved (device is MIDI locked).
But I am pleased with the device, I was eager to get it and understand that some refinement (bugsolving) might be necessary on a new product line :-)
Kind regards,
Pieter.
