How to record the mix with rmx 1000 and ddjt1

Hi;

I just bought RMX 1000, am trying to record through traktor pro but it's not full recording because the effect of RMX is outside the traktor software, so How can I connect the RMX to traktor?? or I should connect it to DDJ T1, the output of DDJ T1 is RMX, so the output of RMX is DDJ T1, AND THE SPEAKERS???
