What's it got to do with the engineers? Its the DJ's samples & settings...

I think it's a matter of having the celebs agree to share them and then getting legal to clear the use of the samples... I'll inquire but don't hold your breath. Could have simply been a marketing promise that nobody could realistically deliver.
