Try unplugging the usb cable.
My set up is a djm900 with rmx 1000 on send and return. Whenever I have the effect on, being on master or channal, I can hear a buzzing noise coming out from headphone as well as speakers. Now I am using normal patch leads that's not long. I just need a confirmation on balanced Tsr cables will eliminate the buzzing noise? Can anyone help? Thanks

Try unplugging the usb cable.
I wonder if the quality of USB cable will help? I ordered a Monster USB cable, I know they all do the same thing but so does a KIA and BMW (Gets you from point A to point B). I have not recieved mine yet so I can' test it out. But I guess it could be like buying Radio Shack cables Vs. Pioneer cables (TXR, RCA etc...) I think most people just use the basic usb cable that comes with it? Curious if anyone has tested the quality of cables Vs the RMX buzzing sound.
I used a couple of different ones, quality braid shielded cables as well as different in out patches 1/4 and RCA.
Kind of suspect its picking up voltage cycles from the powered hub.
If you plug directly into a main usb port, the noise is considerably less.
My rmx isn't connect with any USB.
Or is it the djm900 USB cable?
@JCstudios > He means the USB cable on the RMX that is connected to the computer.
