i have a big problem with my RMX
one output side is a lot louder then other . i've tried with diffrent sources , diffrent cables, diffrent connection , but nothing helps
any ideas?

one side is the input and the other side is the output?
all you need to do is match the input level to the output level for normal use? they are not both outputs?

yes i know that. that's not the problem
output signal (one that i get from output ( RCA or TRS) ) is not evenly distribued.
for examle left side of output is at 0db and right side is -6db and the sound quality is bad :/
what is the source master or send and return?
master. i dont have s/r on my mixer
and have you changed the switch to master on the back of the rmx unit?

Not anymore. i went to official service, and they fixed it up, but they didn't told me what was the problem
