Hi Guys
I have a problem with my RMX 1000 all of a sudden it stopped to start up correctly. When i power on i get dim lights that come on but no power up any ideas what may of happened?

I presume you've checked the power connections are all good.
The engineers have suggested you might try forcing the unit to firmware-update mode; if this mode appears and/or you are able to update the firmware, the RMX should be okay. If you are NOT able to get into update mode, there could be a fault with the unit and the recommendation is having it serviced.

Hi. I get the same issue with Rich. The unit won't power up fully only dim lights on.
