CDJ 400 Issue

Hi, my cdj 400 is stuck on the highest pitch setting +6 +10 etc moving the knob up and down does nothing, everything else is working fine. I did a driver update n firmware update too... still stuck. Ive searched for a while online now and havent seen the problem anywhere, hope someone can help thanks

Maybe you should bring it to an authorized pioneer repair shop to get it fixed.
