so i replaced my jog wheel put my 400 together and now at 0% pitch the unit says 5 move the fader to the bottom it say 6 and to the top it says 0 so i have noidea whats gone on any one know how to help ??

Sorry but I think the best help and advice you can get would be from a proper repair shop for Pioneer DJ products. You can contact Technical Support for your region (found on the top right of this page) and they will direct you to your closest repair location as this sounds like a job for someone who's familiar with the parts.
