USB Device - Collection Update?!

So I have installed RB on my new pc and analyzed all the tracks from there.

I've tried using the "Update Collection" when I access my USB memory stick through Rekordbox.

What that did was re-edit the track titles to how I had them on the memory stick but did not carry over the Hot Cues that are also on the memory stick.

Is this a common fault?

Am considering using the Dropbox method(of which I can't find Dropbox to dl it) but it really shouldn't have to come to that imo as shouldn't the USB sticks be able to carry the Hot Cues over??!!
