Do the following, reformat it on your Windows 7 machine.

Remove your SD card, also make sure RB is not running.

Click start, and type this in the search program and files: diskmgmt.msc

Maximize the window, notice the Disk you have in your window and put in your SD card, it will show up in that list also with a different name.

When it shows up, right click on it and select format.  Follow the setup instruction after that.

Once formatted, remove it and plug it back in for the hell of it, once the computer notice it launch RB and see if its in there.

In short, I want you to reformat your SD card again without RB running.

@koolaid > This is very unusual. Are you sure your computer can see the SD and rekordbox can't? When did you notice this error begin to occur?

the card is write protected and I am unable to format the card, even though the lock switch is in the off position.  I tried a few different tools most of them don't even recognize the card, and the ones that do give a write protection error.  I am assuming rekordbox is not detecting the card either because its write protected.

I am returning the card and getting a replacement.  I will give you guys an update once i receive the replacement.

Thanks
