Problem with track sorting

Hi

i have an XDJ-R1 which i use with with remotebox at my gig. I've got a problem with track sorting. it  seems that i add new tracks to my playlists in Rekordbox then create library. when i plug my HDD into the XDJ and turn remotebox on the new tracks are displayed at the bottom of the playlist not in alphabetical order by artist. I've even re sorted the playlists in Rekordbox then re synced the HDD and its still showing in the wrong order

can someone point out what I'm doing wrong or is there no solution??? cheers
