DDJ T1 & CDJs
I'm still contemplating whether to buy the DDJ T1. I'm going to keep my CDJ 900s and external mixer so I can DJ traditionally, but have a couple of questions;
Obviously, I can only use one setup at a time as I would need switch phono leads from DDJ T1 and external mixer respectfuly to get the sound through my amp/main speakers, so...
Could I use a phono splitter lead (1 male to 2 female) that goes from my left/right audio of amp to both audio leads of the DDJ T1 and external mixer so...
1# I don't have to keep unplugging the phono leads when switching setups
2# I could essentially use the DDJ T1 and CDJs simultaneously through the same amp/speakers
Just a creative though which I can't see any problem in doing so?
Cheers

I have a 4 channel Behringer DDM4000. I have now managed to sort this out. I have my CDJ900s and DDJ T1 running through seperate channels of the mixer. I can, if wanted to, use CDJs and DDJ T1 at the same time, although could use a bit too much thinkin :)
Well thats just what I was going to suggest if you had a 4 channel mixer; 1 CDJ on channel 1, another CDJ on channel 2 and then the DDJ on channel 3.
If you only had a two channel mixer. you could connect the CDJs up to the line-ins on each channel and then, with an inverse phono pre-amp, connect the DDJ to the phono input of one of the channels.
