[SOLVED] My DDJ T1 and Traktor Problem !

@CanS > If you are using your T1 with Scratch Pro, it can do more than the Pioneer Edition. And with Traktor updates coming free soon, I'd wait and then update to Traktor Pro 2.5.

I cannot understand why do you want to switch from a full version of traktor to a limited one... ????????????

I have bought DDJ T1 in March 2012. I had no issues installing the software i got with it however when i got an email for free upgrade to tractor T1 edition 2 i successfully installed it but it is  different than what u saw on youtube. I am not very sound technically but i know tractor T1 edition 2 gives more than what i have got. I live in Manchester (UK) is there anyone I can take the software and show them the issue? 

Also the head phones socket was working fine until yesterday. I tried using my head phones today and just right side of the headphone was working and when i adjusted the head phone wire then the left works (but the right side stops). I tried using the headphones on my pc and both the speakers of my headphones are working fine. Any suggestions?

Also i am struggling to use mic on my DDJ T1. Its not mentioned anywhere on the instructions manual if any adjustments need to be made to use mic. Please help as I am struggling in my events.

witam. jestem zainteresowany kupnem miksera pioneer djm t1. nikt nie jest w stanie dokładnie potwierdzić lub zaprzeczyć czy w momęcie kiedy gram ze zwykłego winyla ( nie tego traktorowego) dzwięk jest tak przetwarzany przez mikser i program ze będa działały efekty, czy tylko suwaki i EQ.????

Hi i bought a ddj t1 controller and after some time playing, de lights of the controller started to flash slowly and also the traktor 2 program began to get slowly when i tried to select a song with the rotary selector. What i can do to solve this problems?

You need to remember that some videos may be made with the full versions of Traktor; if you got the free upgrade, you're using the DDJ-T1 edition which is limited in its functions (although still more than other LE versions).

If your headphones have a faulty wire or the 1/4 adapter is loose, that may be the reason they're not working properly.

As for the microphone, you need to select one of your decks to be a live-input deck and you need to configure the settings to set the mic input to that deck; the manual or other online vids can provide instructions.

hi ive got a different problem from that but ive tried to contact pioneer via support still haven't got a reply from them did by phone spoke to someone he gave me his email address I send him the screenshots of the problems ive been having with my ddj t1 and traktor and still haven't got response when I bought my ddj t1 it came with a traktor cd I installed everything it worked fine for days but I cant remember what settings did I play in or what happened now everytime I start up traktor am getting this message (traktor will now be configured for your hardware and the whole traktor interface changes into something different I cant see my pitch control in the preference option mostly all the settings are gone and if I update for example to the 2.6.1 once I put in my key it goes back to the same strange interface can someone help me please heres a screenshot of what am talking about

@Mutty > It sounds like you might have two installations of Traktor running on your computer and its causing some issues. I'd advise you to remove / uninstall all installations and re-install from the beginning, downloading the software through the Service Center.
