could you check this fault on a other machin ?
if the fault is already exists i would contact the dealer and send this unit back to RMA !!
sounds like a hardware fault to me
Having problems with crossfader say you are playing a track on deck A and you start to use crossfader to bring in deck B as soon as the crossfader reaches midway it totally mutes the audio so you either have to quickly move it to the far right for deck B to play, or move it back to the left hand side to continue with Deck A. The only way to cure it is to close down Tractor, re-initiate the controller and start Tractor again. This also happens with Virtual DJ7.
Furthermore sometimes when you start Tractor or virtual DJ and load a track it comes on FULL volume and even if you turn all deck sliders to minimum it still plays full volume. Any of you guys had an issue like this?
Finally when using VDJ7 with the correct mapping you can load a track say in deck A start play and about 1/2 way through the track instead of counting down time left it starts counting upwards.
All legitamate fully licenced software.
Running Virtual DJ 7 v 7.05b windows7 fully service packed and occassionally Tractor.

I'm having a similar issue but slightly different. My audio is cuttimg out when I have the crossfader on the right side (B side). If i jugge the crossfader it'll kick in but goes out. And if I have it all the way over to B it goes out for good!
