[SOLVED] Lost CD and Serial Number of Virtual DJ LE(included in DDJ-Ergo)
Hello, I bought Pioneer DDJ-Ergo 5 months ago but since i formatted my Macbook and I lost the CD of the Virtual DJ LE along with it' serial number I cannot install it again. I talked with Virtual DJ Support and told that I should speak with you to give me the serial number of the Virtual DJ Copy that was included in the box. I do have the serial number of the ERGO since it's written on the bottom of the controller. Also I have already register the ERGO at pioneerdj.com.
So Can you please help me to find the S/N of the Virtual DJ LE copy?

Ps. Unfortunately after a few days I still have no answer from the Greek Pioneer Support Team.

You should have registered the software with Virtual DJ to create an account and be able to retrieve the serial. Unfortunately I don't think we can provide a replacement, but I'll look into it for you.

I still am helpless, since i lost my laptop along with my installation CD, and i had not registered myself with pioneerdj.com.

when i bought my Ergo V, i didn't have a laptop yet, so i installed it on my computer. Now, i have a Mac, but unfortunately i can't find the Virtual DJ LE disk! As long as i don't have this disk, i'm not able to use the Ergo on my Mac.. what can i do?

Hi, I have the same problem with I have my ergo v controller but haven't got the software CD or key code as I have lost it. My ergo v has the serial number on the bottom. My old laptop hard drive broke and I bought a new computer but can't install the software as I don't have it. i too have the same issue i have my unit in front of me and the only disc i have is the drivers the le disc that was given too me was lost in the move and there for i fill im stuck with a unit that wont work. i would be ever so grateful is i could have someone contact me. milestigerfox@gmail.com
