Wego Updating Problems

ive just go a wego, and i updated the firmware through pioneerdj.com/support. to do this, i had to put it into update mode, where u press the headphone buttons and turn it on and the red lights on the volume control flash. the problem is, i cant get out of the mode. how do i?
