Firstly sorry for posting something that's been covered but I found it a little confusing. My understanding is this because there is no send and return the effects from the EFX can't be sent back to the DDj and therefore Traktor meaning that things from the EFX cannot be recorded is that right? If so is there anyway of doing this so it would be recorded? Maybe buy a NI audio 2 would this help? I also understand that any fx from the EFX would effect all audio so if three channels are playing it would effect all. Is there anyway to just select specific channels? Or is this part of the send and return problem?
Hopefully someone can help as simply as possible cos I'm not that technically minded.

@Scott > You can only effect ALL channels with this way of setting up - there is no way around that.
As for recording, you could set everything up as normal and then record from the Output of the EFX unit back into your laptop via a suitable cable to the line-in port.
