I'm having the same problem with my DDJ ERGO LE. I have reinstalled all the drivers and updated to the latest firmware, but samples and hot cue are not working. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, or there is actually a compatibility issue between these devices. I am getting a very loud noise coming out of deck B instead of the music and it plays fine in deck A, also cannot get decks C and D to work. They don't come up when the buttons are pressed.
This was supposed to be a very easy set up and use, but now I'm finding it quiet frustrating and honestly is putting off a little bit.
Help please!
