Ok, Im REALLY upset with this product now.
I have already posted previously that despite following the instructions on the youtube, there was no way for me to set my laptop speakers to play sound in virtual DJ. The settings for setting up the soundcard would just revert back to HEADPHONE mode and AISO driver automatically no matter what I would select.
So, in order to use another output, I went out and purchased a mixer, output cables, and sound speakers.
And lo behold! The WEGO refuses to play anything out through the Output jacks on the right hand side, no matter what setting i select in virtual dj. It only plays through the headphone jack, and nowhere else. I tried all recabling possibilities, connecting the speakers without the mixer directly to the WEGO, and still nothing.
Any advise from Pioneer engineers, as I am getting very agitated that this is not a "plug and play" product as it is advertised everywhere by Pioneer.

I just tried the same thing on the Tractor pro software (DJ version) and followed all setup instructions on the DDJ walkthrough on Youtube. The DDJ will NOT play through the Output cables!!! Only the headphone socket is working. Is this a hardware problem? Do I need to return the product and get a new one?
