Mic talkover button prob.. Software fault??

When using Mic on channel 1, the Talkover button turns the Mic on and off..

If the mic channel fader is down, i can turn on the mic by pressing Talkover, and then the mic channel fader has no function..

Using v1.05.

Software fault?
