Pioneer DDJ-T1 ASIO Problem (Not Connected)

Hey All.

I've recently been having a problem with my Pioneer DDJ-T1 & ASIO, it's entirely to do  with Audio because my controller still controls all the features.

I've looked through all of the threads regarding the same issue but none of their results help me. When I start Traktor it automatically puts the audio device to my onboard audio for my PC and when I change it to Pioneer DDJ ASIO it just stays on (Not Connected) and if I close the audio device window and reopen it, it then defaults back to my onboard audio. I've reinstalled Traktor 2, Pioneer DDJ ASIO software and made regular restarts and the problem still persists.

Only weird thing I noticed is that when I unplug the USB cable and re-plug it. In Playback devices it adds another number on it so for example. (3) Pioneer DDJ-T1 and also when I go into the properties and press Test, after 2 seconds it plays a drum & gong so there's some sound coming through. I've tried going to Output Routing but since it doesn't register the ASIO, I dont get the MONITOR & SPEAKER drop down menus.

This has totally stumped me, any help will be appreciated.
