Problem Volume Knob - DDJ-T1

Hi im Mauro form Argentina.

When I get the volume knob (A-B-C-D) the song starts to play but when I return the knob below (volumen 0) the song stops and returns to the beginning of the track.

How I can fix it?

PD: I use Tracktor 2 Pro
