What you have tried so far, to solve this problem?
Else we can only guess, and you will get tips on things that you perhaps already have tried.
Try this to start with:
Disable the Windows firewall (or any internet security software), completely
Does it work now? if it does, then you need to exclude the RB-files from the firewall.
Do you run the Aero as an AP or as a wireless client?
If you run it as an AP, have you verified that the notebook recieves an IP-address from the Aero?
The connection issues that we've seen so far, are related to something blocking the connection, and not a problem with RB.
