[SOLVED] DDJ Ergo v right deck Pitch/Tempo slider not working.

Hi Guys, for some reason the tempo/pitch slider on the right deck of my ergo is no longer working, it just does nothing. 

I have upgraded firmware, drivers etc, uninstalled both virtual dj and serato intro, re-installed both from scratch and still does not work on either vdj or serato. Only the left deck tempo/pitch is working?

 

Also noticed now that when I switch the unit on, on the vdj software it puts the pitch right down low to 'Pitch +33.0' instead of being at 0 in the middle like the left pitch/tempo.....

Pioneer engineers? Are you able to help? 3 days and no response!?

I sent same message to Virtual Dj and got response asap!! This is what they have said:

The map could be if you only have this problem in VirtualDJ Pro Full version. But if you have this in VirtualDJ LE and Serato INtro, is more a hardware issue. VirtualDJ LE does not have a way to change the mapping, always use the default.

@Prince P > Very sorry about the delay. If you have tried mapping the unit to both Virtual DJ and Serato Intro and neither work (and you used the available mappings from Pioneer's support site - pioneerdj.com/support) then I would come to the assumption that the unit is defective and needs to be repaired.
