[CLOSED] Severe SX Sync problems. Worst computer related mixing issues I've ever had.

Last night I had huge problems with the SX and or Serato DJ.  I'm honestly not certain which was the problem.  Sync kept turning on by itself.  I was getting the yellow error message at the bottom of the screen saying there were beat grid issues with simple sync and switch to smart sync.  I did that but it changed nothing it was still saying there were beat grid problems in smart sync as well.  I was trying to disable sync altogether but it was continuing to activate itself.  I kept turning it off but it would randomly come back on.  The most bizarre part was the right censor button would light up forcing that deck into reverse.  And there was nothing I could do to turn it off.  I was able to switch over and play a song off my phone then restart Serato DJ.  But within minutes the sync would switch on again and lock that right deck into reverse mode.  Plus Serato DJ froze or the songs simply stopped at least 12 times last night, all following sync related error messages.  In seven years of using Serato software I've never had problems this severe.  It made me look an amateurish, unprofessional idiot.  I'm playing with my Turntables and Rane 57 tonight.  I've used the SX 3 other times in the last 6 weeks with no problems and I loaned it to a mate and he used it twice.  I can't understand how these beat grid or sync related issues could emerge out of nowhere.  Software is up to date and hasn't changed since the previous gigs, nor have any settings.  The Macbook is running 10.6.8 and has 8gb of ram.  I'm seriously considering just selling the SX it's only 5 weeks old.  Should be quick and easy, lots of people want them.   Though if they experienced issues this bad, I'm certain they would not.   If anyone has a clue as to wtf happened, please enlighten me.

All firmware and software are up to date and were at the time of the incident and no background apps were running.  I have been unable to duplicate the problem since the incident.  It is completely bizarre.  I even played again on Friday at the same venue where the issue occurred.  Thankfully no problems whatsoever.  I just cannot begin to understand what went so horribly wrong that night.
