@Mark > Do you have the AC power adaptor connected to the unit or just via USB? If not, can you try connecting the adaptor and see if that works.
Failing that, you'll need to contact Pioneer technical support using the links on the right >>
So... I updated the firmware as everything was playing backwards...
After the firmware update when I switch the controller on it goes through a series of flashing lights... video below...

then after it does that... its just dead... not recognised by anything and no lights flash at all.... video below.

My bad its an Ergo... No power supply on the back of the unit
@Mark > Sorry, I was wrong - you're absolutely right - the Ergo does not have an AC port. It seems it might be a technical fault for which you will need to contact technical support using the links in the column on the right.
Just to be sure, have you tried using an alternative USB port or other computer? Are you using the bundled software and have you it setup correctly?
Hi Gavin,
I have tried it on 4 different macs and the result is always the same, it lights up then nothing, Im using Serato intro & dj and it isnt recognised at all.
thanks
@Mark > One last thing you could try is swapping the USB cable for an alternative. If that doesn't work you'll need to return the unit for repair. Use the technical support links on the right to find the contact details of a repair centre in your area.
