[SOLVED] DDJ-SX Gooseneck Lamp XLR

Hi,

I've just bought this American DJ Led gooseneck lamp XLR (male):

I've plugged it in the XLR Mic Input (female) and it does nothing. No light, nothing.

It is wrecked or I'm doing it wrong?

How could I make it work?

It wont. I wish people wouldn't sell these kind of things, the XLR socket gets used (abused) for just about everything these days.

Those XLR lamps make use of a 48v output to a powered Microphone, known as Phantom power, the DDJ-SX doesn't support powered microphones, it has no 48v 'Phantom' output.
